Located within the highly regarded and sought-after Brisbane suburb of Hawthorne, 5Point have been appointed as the Design and Construction Contractor to deliver ‘Hawthorne Residences’, an exclusive boutique residential development. 

 Comprising of just 13 bespoke luxury apartments over 4 levels with a suspended level of parking, the breathtaking interiors were purpose-built for entertaining and feature oversized living and dining spaces.   Having expansive light filled layouts with state-of-the-art inclusions throughout, no expense has been spared to create the epitome of luxury coupled with low maintenance living.

5Point were able to offer a completely revised Engineering focus to the initial Development Approval, which in turn has provided the best solution to unlock this development project and get it underway.

We are very pleased to be working alongside HAL Architects again to achieve the unique project vision that combines contemporary design with sustainability and ‘whole of life’ functionality.

Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach

Located at the Northern end of Palm Beach, 5Point have been appointed as the Design and Construction Contractor to deliver the SAKURA project.

 The Sakura flower (Japanese cherry blossom) is renowned for its elegance and beauty which aligns perfectly with the vision for this project.  Comprising of seven luxuriously appointed 3 and 4 bedroom individually designed apartments, Sakura has a comparative size footprint to its rival beachfront suburbs of 9 storey /35 plus apartments, thereby providing owners with a sense of space and open plan living. 

The uniqueness of the Sakura building includes fully appointed high-end finishes throughout, including the 2 level basement.  The 3 and 4 bedroom spectacular apartments enjoy such luxuries as Media Room, Gymnasium and Wine Bar as well as plunge pool which overlooks beach front uninterrupted views of the ocean.
