This Management System overview describes the overall operation and structure of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the Company.
The Integrated Management System is built around the framework defined by:
AS/NZS ISO 9001 - Quality Management System Standard;
AS/NZS ISO 14001 - Environment Management System Standard; and
AS/NZS 4801 - Workplace Health and Safety Management System Standard.
Our IMS outlines the requirements specific for each project and what must be implemented from the initial design through to final delivery including handover.
