Quality Assurance
5Point have an established and robust Integrated Management System that governs the company Quality, WHS & Environmental Management Plans. 5Point provides tendering, design, development, and project management of building construction projects.
This Management System overview describes the overall operation and structure of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the Company.
The Integrated Management System is built around the framework defined by:
AS/NZS ISO 9001 - Quality Management System Standard;
AS/NZS ISO 14001 - Environment Management System Standard; and
AS/NZS 4801 - Workplace Health and Safety Management System Standard.
Our IMS outlines the requirements specific for each project and what must be implemented from the initial design through to final delivery including handover.
5Point’s project teams work through each phase of our projects guided by these governance controls, ensuring the key requirements of the project are delivered.
5Point also combine our systems to include leading industry software packages such as: Cheops, Estimate One, Cost X, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office and Project.
